Over the past 12 years, I have developed an approach which blends different models of coaching and therapy.

The way I use and integrate these different ingredients tends to vary in each session, depending on your preferences, the nature of the question we’re working on, and what I feel is needed in that moment. My breadth of experience means that I can work flexibly around your needs. I bring alternative perspectives and techniques that cast new light on challenging issues – but I also ensure that the coaching relationship is grounded in practical considerations and action plans.
